Professional Background

Ibijoke has worked in various managerial capacities across the public and private sector, managing and delivering communication campaigns for governments and some of the biggest brands across the continent.

She delivered the UK’s commercial foreign policy objective in Nigeria by facilitating international trade and investment, supporting the growth and expansion of UK plc and mobilizing human and capital resources for the advancement of Healthcare, Education, Agriculture and technology in West Africa.

Through her work with ElectHER as Co-founder, Ibijoke is on a mission to fundraise a $10 million non-partisan Election Campaign Fund for supporting 1000 Nigerian women into elective office by 2023.

She also advocates and lead dialogues locally, regionally or globally on youth engagement and participation, gender equality, social inclusion, accountability and good governance.

Ibijoke is a One Young World Ambassador, The Future Award Prize for Public Service nominee 2019, HER Network Woman Of The Year Award Advocacy nominee 2019, recognized as one of Nigeria’s top inspiring women 2019 by Leading Ladies Africa, Identified on Ynaija’s Powerlist 2018 Policy & Research Category 2019, and The Future Award Africa prize for Professional Service nominee 2017.
