Professional Background
Mayowa is an Organizational Psychologist by Training and currently, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour who studies leadership and several aspects of organizational behaviour at different levels—ranging from top and mid-level management to team or unit-level supervisors and their direct reports.
He is passionate about leadership, behavioural ethics, and critical work-related issues.
He is very keen to help organizations maximize their full potential by providing evidence-based consulting and training in his domain of expertise.
In one of his research stream, he applied a behavioural science lens to study how leadership can better foster health and safety outcomes in high-risk sectors, such as healthcare, manufacturing, and aviation.
Mayowa is also an Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Ethics. He is a thought leader and influencer in his field with globally read and respected reports and articles.
